Consortium & Multi-Site Improvements
October’s Upgrade made the cool Access Status dashboard better and we didn’t stop there. Now it’s even better for customers with multiple “Sites” in Callisto. These include multi-campus institutions, campuses with central and distributed e-resource subscription and management, and library consortia with shared e-resources.
Now dashboard users with authorizations in multiple Callisto Sites can optionally bring in Access Routes from multiple sites to be compared side-by-side in the Access Status matrix. For example, suppose a state consortium has licensed ProQuest, EBSCO, and Gale databases for several of its members. The consortium staff can pull data from all the member sites into this matrix and easily verify on one screen whether all the correct institutions have access now to all those subscriptions.
